Dynamic media: Image presets preview is broken

Issue
On integrating with dynamic media the preset preview is broken on AEM

Investigation

Inspect element gives you this url.

Gives below response and looks like a whitelisting issue. To securely preview Dynamic Media content before it gets published, you will need to "whitelist" the AEM author instance to connect to Dynamic Media.

Resolution

Follow the steps below to resolve the issue
  1. Log on to your Dynamic Media Classic account: https://www.adobe.com/marketing-cloud/experience-manager/scene7-login.html . Your credentials and logon were provided by Adobe at the time of provisioning.

  2. On the navigation bar near the top right of the page, tap Setup > Application Setup > Publish Setup > Image Server .

  3. On the Image Server Publish page, in the Publish Context drop-down list, select Test Image Serving .

  4. For the Client Address Filter, tap Add .
  5. Select the check box to enable (turn on) the address, and then enter the IP address of the AEM Author instance (not Dispatcher IP).
  6. Tap Save .
  7. Image presets preview on AEM is now fixed.

Integrate AEM with Creative Cloud using Adobe Asset Link

It connects Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets with Creative Cloud desktop apps Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator. The Adobe Asset Link panel allows creatives to access and modify content stored in AEM Assets without leaving the creative apps they are most familiar with. Adobe asset link gets installed as an extension in Photoshop or any other Creative cloud product.
